Built like a system.

An agency with a process, a pipeline, and a reason for every deliverable.

The agency

We got tired of watching good businesses lose to worse marketing.

Tommykreation started in San Diego doing what most agencies do, shooting video for people who needed video. The work was good. The results were inconsistent. Not because the content was weak, but because a great video handed to a business with no follow-up, no ad strategy, and no CRM is a great video that sits there.

So we stopped selling deliverables and started building systems. Content is still the front door. It's what earns the attention. But the campaign that puts it in front of the right person, the landing page that catches them, the follow-up that keeps them warm, and the reporting that tells you what actually worked: that's the part that turns marketing from a cost into a channel.

Today we work with real estate agents, loan officers, contractors, retail brands, and event organizers, mostly in San Diego, often beyond it. Some engagements are a single campaign. Some are the entire growth operation. Every one is scoped to the business in front of us, because a listing agent and a retail brand do not need the same machine.

How we operate

Four things we don't
compromise on.

01

Results before reels

A campaign that looks incredible and generates nothing is a failed campaign. We optimise for the number that matters to your business, not the one that looks best in a portfolio.

02

One point of contact

You are not managing a videographer, a media buyer, and a web person who have never spoken. One agency owns the whole path and the handoffs happen internally.

03

Scoped to you

No tiers, no packages, no picking a plan off a menu. We look at the business, the goal, and the timeline, then build the engagement that fits it.

04

Honest reporting

If something underperforms you hear it from us first, with what we're changing. Marketing that can't be measured can't be improved.

Process

From first call
to live and iterating.

Timeframes below are typical, not promises. A listing shoot and a full growth system are different animals. You'll get real dates in your scope.

Phase 01

Discovery

Intake & goal setting

We start with what the business actually needs: more listings, more qualified calls, a brand that stops looking homemade. We get specific about what success looks like in numbers, because "more visibility" is not a target anyone can hit.

Audit & market read

Current content, ad accounts, follow-up process, and what your competitors are running. Most of the fastest wins live in what's already there and broken, not in something new.

Scope & plan

You get a written scope: what we're producing, what we're running, what we need from you, and the timeline. Nothing starts until that's agreed.

Phase 02

Concept

Creative direction

Hooks, angles, and the visual language for the campaign. We build around what makes your offer different, not around a trend that will be dead in six weeks.

Shot planning & scripting

Shot lists, scripts, locations, and talent. Everything gets planned before a camera comes out, which is why shoot days run short instead of long.

Sign-off

You approve the direction before production spend happens. This is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind, and we'd rather you use it.

Phase 03

Execution

Production

Filming, photography, drone where it earns its place, and AI production where volume makes traditional shooting uneconomical. Multiple deliverables come out of a single day on location.

Post & platform cuts

Editing, colour, sound, captions, and platform-specific versions. A vertical hook-first cut and a landing page hero are not the same edit, and we don't pretend they are.

System build

Campaign structure, audiences, landing pages, CRM, and automated follow-up. This runs in parallel with post so launch isn't waiting on it.

Phase 04

Launch

Go live

Campaigns launch, tracking is verified end to end, and we confirm leads are landing where they should before we call it live. Untracked spend is just donating money to Meta.

Optimisation window

Creative testing, audience adjustments, and budget shifting toward what's working. Early numbers are data, not verdicts. The first week of any campaign is the least useful week.

Reporting & next cycle

Plain-language reporting on what ran, what it cost, and what it returned, then the plan for the next cycle. Every round should start from better information than the last.
